Building a new home is one of the biggest projects you'll ever take on. Leading Construction builds new homes in Barry County and nearby Kent County.
What does a new home cost?
It depends on scope: size, design complexity, finishes, and site work such as well, septic and driveway. We don't publish price ranges, because every home is different. Start with a free site visit: we'll walk your lot or project with you and give you a budget number. If you want to move forward, we can prepare a detailed estimate for a fee.
Warranty
Leading Construction's limited workmanship warranty covers one year of workmanship, beginning at substantial completion or final payment, whichever is later. The warranty takes effect when the contract is paid in full. Manufacturer warranties on products such as windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking, flooring, cabinets, fixtures and appliances pass through to the owner, and we help file claims during the warranty year. It does not cover normal wear, owner alterations, lack of maintenance, storms or other acts of nature, minor settling or hairline drywall cracks, or owner-supplied materials. To make a claim, email office@leadingconstruction.net with photos. We respond within 5 business days; emergencies such as active leaks are handled ASAP.
