Put the space you already own to work

An unfinished basement is living space you already own. Leading Construction finishes and remodels basements across Barry County and nearby Kent County, turning them into family rooms, guest bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, home gyms and entertaining spaces.

Popular basement projects

• Family or rec room

• Guest bedroom and bathroom

• Home theater or media room

• Home office or gym

• Storage and utility-room improvements

Before you finish your basement

Water intrusion, cracks or humidity problems need to be fixed before a basement is finished. If you've noticed any, mention them when you book your site visit so we can look at them together.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope: square footage, whether you're adding a bathroom, egress needs, and finishes. We don't publish price ranges, because every project is different. Start with a free site visit: we'll walk the project with you and give you a budget number. If you want to move forward, we can prepare a detailed estimate for a fee.
