Getting Started
General
Begin by scheduling a one-hour complimentary consultation at your home. We'll discuss your ideas and see your space. Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes on the phone with us beforehand to ensure our services are right for you.
During our initial consultation, we'll talk about your project goals and vision, your desired timeline, and a ballpark budget to ensure our recommendations fit your financial plans. This helps us provide the best solutions for you.
We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once we receive a down payment from you, we can begin the bidding process, which typically takes 3-6 weeks to get bids back from our trade partners. If you approve the final pricing, we will add you to our schedule. Your project will start after the one before yours is complete, and you will receive a target start date from your Project Manager.
Yes, if you're handy, you can take on some of the work to reduce labor costs. Certain terms and conditions apply. We can create a tailored package to suit your needs.
